User Agreement

Welcome to Shoppermaart, operated by ZENOVERSE TECHNO PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Shoppermaart’s website, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Shoppermaart, you agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use Shoppermaart.

2. Account Registration

  • You agree to notify Shoppermaart immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Conduct

By using Shoppermaart, you agree not to:

  • Post, upload, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, obscene, or harmful.

  • Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.

  • Engage in fraudulent activity, including impersonating others or manipulating transactions.

4. Orders and Transactions

  • All purchases are subject to the Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

  • Shoppermaart acts as a facilitator connecting customers with vendors.

  • Product quality, delivery, and vendor disputes are governed by platform policies but handled by the respective vendors.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ZENOVERSE TECHNO PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.

  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal purposes only.

  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of content is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy

  • Use of Shoppermaart is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

  • Shoppermaart is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of information on the Platform.

  • Shoppermaart is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform, including vendor-related disputes.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Shoppermaart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

  • Liability for direct damages shall be limited to the value of the transaction or service involved.

9. Termination

  • Shoppermaart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its discretion, with or without notice, for violation of this Agreement or other platform policies.

  • Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to the Agreement

  • Shoppermaart may update this User Agreement at any time.

  • Changes will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.

  • Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
